Definitions for the requireddata elements immediately follow each worksheet. The remaining columns will be any of the following types,depending upon the specific installation requirements: The Pre-determined Value column will reflect any dataelement values that are automatically set when softwareis installed. The “At Install” or “Customer Value” columnwill be grayed out when a pre-determined value exists. Use the Customer Value column to enter the necessarydata element value. The pre-determined or at installcolumn will be grayed out when a customer-suppliedvalue is required, for example, a password.Although necessary for install, it is up to your customerto decide whether these values should be entered in thetables. If the values are not available in the tables,make sure your customer will be able to provide theinformation during install. The At Install column will indicate information that onlythe Xerox service representative can enter at the time ofinstall. The pre-determined or customer value columnwill be grayed out when an at install value exists.
