Installing the SoftwareBefore installing driver software, verify that the printer is plugged in, powered on, connected correctly,and has a valid IP address. From the list of discovered printers, select your printer.Note: When you install print drivers for a network printer, if your printer does not appear inthe list, click IP Address or DNS Name . In the IP Address or DNS Name field, type the IPaddress of your printer, then to locate and select your printer, click Search. If you do notknow the IP address of the printer, refer to Finding the IP Address of Your Printer.5. Click Next.6. If needed, type a name in the Queue Name field.7. Select a Print Driver.8.
