Select the Auditron Initialization button.The Auditron Initialization screen gives access to three types of activitiesperformed within Auditron Initialization:Account ManagementManaging Auditron accounts involves setting up accounts, passwords, limitsand access levels. Accounts can be subsequently modified or deactivated.Activity DescriptionPartitioning Partitioning the Auditron means dividing the machine memorybetween User and General Accounts. After entering the numberof User Accounts required, the number of General Accounts isautomatically calculated. If more User Accounts are created,fewer General Accounts can be created.The number of Group Accounts is fixed and is not affected by thepartitioning.To change the number of User Accounts, touch the UserAccounts numeric entry region and enter the new number on thekeypad. Alternatively, use the up/down scroll arrows toincrease or decrease the number of User Accounts. Thenumber of General Accounts changes in proportion.Reset AllCountersSelecting the Reset All Counters button resets all the countersfor all accounts to 0. All account and User Numbers remainintact.When initializing the account there is no need to reset thecounters, as all counters are already set to 0.InitializeAuditronOnce the Auditron has been partitioned, it needs to be initialized.1. Select the Initialize Auditron button.2. Select the Confirm button twice to confirm the initialization.
