15WORKCENTRE 7132 EVALUATOR GUIDEThe WorkCentre 7132 also enables color cost and accesscontrol at four distinct levels:• Print Driver – Administrators can restrict access to colorfeatures within users print drivers.• Device Auditron – Can restrict and track print, copy, scan,and fax usage by users and groups, and is available viaCentreWare Web• Xerox Standard Accounting – Tracks and limits copy, scan,print, and fax usage by user. Can also be used for authorizationto restrict access.• 3rd Party Applications – Allows 3rd party accountingapplications to set permissions and track the use of yourWorkCentre 7132 using the Network Accounting KitXerox Device Auditron allows administrators to setpermissions and trace usage of the WorkCentre 7132.Assessing your environmentXerox can help you decrease your overall document costs by optimizing and right-sizing yourtechnology deployment. Three levels of assessment tools and services are available to help you deploythe right mix of equipment to best serve the needs of your environment:LEVEL 1: Xerox Office Efficiency CalculatorA five minute, Web-based “instant analysis” offers suggestions on yourtechnology needs using information you enter on your environment andkey, known industry metrics.LEVEL 2: Xerox Office Productivity Advisor (XOPA)More in-depth Web-based tool assesses your specific documentenvironment. XOPA results suggest better ways to manage page volumebetween printing, copying and faxing – delivering end user satisfactionand cost efficiency. XOPA is a free service performed by your local Xeroxsales representative.LEVEL 3: Xerox Office Document Assessment (ODA)An analytical model that measures and analyzes your current documentproduction infrastructure, the ODA provides in-depth improvement plansfor significant cost savings and increased efficiency. The ODA is asix-sigma fee-based tool and consultative service oriented more atenterprise level organizations.
