YOYOCam treats nationaland international format numbers as different.Problem: Service Registration failsPossible Causes: Temporary network problemPossible Solution: Make sure your GSM subscription supports GPRS and that you have the rightnetwork specific parameters.Problem: Cannot receive SMS from YOYOCamPossible Causes: Subscription can be out of credit, or there is a temporary network problem.Possible Solution: Make sure your GSM subscription has sufficient credit. Wait for the network torecover or contact your network service provider for assistance.Problem: YOYOCam rejects my phone callPossible Causes: The caller’s phone-number is not recognised as the Master or a User.Possible Solution: Check and make sure you are calling from the correct phone number and that yourphone is sending the number (Calling Line Identification), and your phone number is added toYOYOCare. Master can check the user list by sending SMS command “UL”.Problem: Cannot receive MMS from YOYOCamPossible Causes: The MMS service is not activated. The MMS profile has incorrect parameters.There is a temporary network problem.Possible Solution: Test the SIM in a regular cell phone to verify the MMS service is activated and thatcorrect MMS settings are used. Check the MMS settings in YOYOCare by sending the SMScommand #55#. MMS messages take normally longer time to deliver compared to SMS messages.Problem: SIM Card requires a PINPossible Solution: Insert the SIM in to another Mobile Phone and access the Settings to disable theSIM PIN.Problem: Cannot dial in and listenPossible Cause: The number was set up in national format and when the Master or User dials in, themobile network presents the number in International format or vice versa. YOYOCam treats nationaland international format of the same number as two different numbers.Possible Solution: Set up User number in national or international format and re-test. Set twice in bothformats.
