3-15EEMU01575PROCEDURE FOR TILTING UPPower trim and tilt models1) Disconnect the fuel line or close the fuelcock.2) Push the power trim and tilt switch “UP”until the outboard has tilted up com-pletely.3) Turn the tilt support lever toward you tosupport the engine.WARNING@ After tilting the engine, be sure to sup-port it with the tilt support lever. Other-wise, the engine could fall back downsuddenly if oil in the power trim and tiltunit should lose pressure. Never operate the engine while it issupported by the tilt support lever.@
