Route the right handlebar switch lead under thehandlebar.B. Route the left handlebar switch lead under thehandlebar.C. Pass the clutch hose, right handlebar switch lead,and left handlebar switch lead through the guide.D. Route the main switch lead to the inside of theclutch hose.E. Route the immobilizer unit lead to the inside of theclutch hose.F. Temporarily tighten the brake hose joint bolt, unionbolt, and brake hose holder bolt in the propertightening sequence as shown. Then, tighten thebolts to the specified torques, making sure totighten the brake hose joint bolt “1” last.G. To front cowling wire harnessH. Install the horn L-shaped connectors so that theleads are routed outward.I. Fasten the grommet on the front wheel sensor leadwith the holder.J. Connect the coupler that has blue tape wrappedaround its leads to the radiator fan motor relay.K. Install the ABS test coupler completely onto thetab on the battery stay.L. Pass the brake hose (front brake master cylinder tohydraulic unit), right handlebar switch lead, andthrottle cables through the guide as shown in theillustration.M. Fasten the main switch lead and right handlebarswitch lead with a plastic locking tie at the locationshown in the illustration.
