Turn the fuel cock lever to “O”(on).2. Set the engine stop switch to“START”.3. Turn the starter (choke) on andcompletely close the throttle. (Seepage 4-7.)4. While applying the front or rearbrake, start the engine by pushingthe kickstarter lever down.5. When the engine is warm, turn thestarter (choke) off and set the en-gine stop switch to “RUN”.TIPThe engine is warm when it respondsquickly to the throttle with the starter(choke) turned off.NOTICEECA11043For maximum engine life, never ac-celerate hard when the engine iscold!
