A conference contact consistsof one or more local contacts (at least 1, at most 3). You can establish a conference callquickly by calling conference contacts.You can import or export local contact list to different systems to share the local directory.The system only supports the XML and CSV format contact lists. You can view localdirectory via web user interface, remote control and the video conferencing phone. Butyou can edit or delete the local directory via web user interface and remote control.If you sign into the Yealink Cloud account, Cloud directory will display in your directorymenu. The Cloud directory is created by your Cloud enterprise administrator. OnlyCloud enterprise administrator can add, edit and delete Yealink Cloud contacts on theYealink web management service, these operations will update to VC400 automatically.You do not have the permission to do the operations on your VC400.
