Customizing the VC120 Video Conferencing System79By default, the VC120 automatically selects the audio input devices with the highest priority. Ifyou select “Line In + device” option, the VC120 will use microphone connected to the Line Inport and the corresponding device to pick up audio at the same time.You can also specify the desired audio input device via the remote control or the web userinterface.To configure the audio input device via the remote control:1. Press (Menu soft key) to enter main menu.2. Press or to select the Video & Audio menu.3. Press or to scroll to Audio Setting, and then press .4. Select desired audio input device from the pull-down list of Audio Input.- If VCS Phone is selected as the audio output device manually or automatically, theaudio input device must be VCS Phone or Line Input +VCS Phone.- If Line Input is selected as the audio input device, the near-end audio output devicewill not play sound from the Line Input device.- If “Line In + device” is selected as the audio input device, the near-end audio outputdevice will play sound from the Line Input device.During a video training for main office and branch office, both offices need to hearthe video sound, you can select this option.6. Press (Save soft key) to accept the change.Audio input device is configurable via web user interface at the path Setting->Video &Audio->Audio Input.
