(Fig.1).Installation of indoor unitThese units can be installed either verticallyon the floor, horizontally beneath the ceilingor vertically on a wall. (Fig. 2).FasteningRemove side panels and air intake grill, asshown in drawings. (Figs. 3, 4 & 5).Fasten mounting supports to the wall orceiling. For ceiling units, installation neara wall makes tubing layout easier. Use theperforations in the unit casing to orient thedirection of the tubing.Fit the unit onto the mounting supports.Make sure the unit is levelled so condensedwater drain is carried out correctly.Condensed water drainThe unit drain pipe is flexible and adjusts tovarious layouts. The drain line must includea U-shaped elbow siphon. Connect a plastichose with a 16 mm. outer diameter (Fig.6).Checking drainMake sure water evacuation is carried outcorrectly. (Fig. 7).Electrical connectionsSo installation may be correct, the unitmust be grounded.Wiring should follow, at all times, establishednational regulations.Also check the tension limits.
