Connection is made tothe RC 1/2 (1/2" B.S.P.) threaded entry pipe locatedjust below the hotplate level on the rear right-handside of the cooker.A second entry pipe is located on the rear left-handside and it is locked by a security nut. Should thissecond entry pipe allow a safer gas connection,remove the security nut and the relevant gasket fromthe left-hand entry pipe and place it onto the mainentry pipe, ensuring the gasket is correctly positionedand the nut is well secured.When the final connection has been made, itis essential that a thorough leak test iscarried out on the cooker and installation.Ensure that the main connection pipe doesnot exert any strain on the cooker.Note:For certain types of gas bayonet connection used, itmay not be possible for the appliance to be pushedfully back to the wall stops.Important:Flexible tubing MUST comply with BS.669 CurrentEdition.FO 0264
