Toprevent this, the oven has a safety thermostat whichinterrupts the power supply. The below tables provide you withthe standard settings for temperature, cooking timeand shelf position.If you cannot find the settings for a special recipe,look for the similar one.The oven has a special system which circulates theair and constantly recycles the steam.
