We recommend to do the cleaningprocedure at least every 5 - 10 TrueFan Cooking PLUS cycles.1. Put 250 ml of white vinegar into the cavityembossment at the bottom of the oven.Use maximum 6% vinegar without herbs.2. Let the vinegar dissolve the residual limestoneat the ambient temperature for 30 minutes.3. Clean the cavity with warm water and a softcloth.REMOVING THE SHELF SUPPORTSTo clean the oven, remove the shelf supports.CAUTION! Be careful when youremove the shelf supports.1. Pull the front of the shelf support away from theside wall.2. Pull the rear end of the shelf support away fromthe side wall and remove it.21Install the removed accessories in the oppositesequence.PYROLYSISCAUTION! Do not start the Pyrolysis ifthe Plus Steam button is pressed in.CAUTION! Remove all accessoriesand removable shelf supports.Do not start the Pyrolysis if you did notfully close the oven door. When the oven is at the set temperature, thedoor locks. The display shows and the barsof the heat indicator until the door unlocks.To stop pyrolysis before it is completed, turnthe knob for the oven functions to the offposition.6. When pyrolysis is completed, the displayshows the time of day. The oven door stayslocked.7.
