Press ADJUST (ADJ) Left/Right to start theAUTO SEARCH, the status of the search is shownin the display. When the search is complete, you canwatch the TV program of your choice.When Some Channels Are Not FoundAUTO SEARCH f'mds only acdve channels and storesthem in the Favorite Channel memory. You c_m add chan-nels to those stored in memory by ltsing the FAV.(Favorite) CHANNELS option.If you have difficulty tuning some channels, you may have tomanually change the BAND SELECT and AFC MODE.Refer to respective option for details.When Only AUX Channel Is FoundYou may have used AUTO SE_RCH without ha_hng a sig-nal source (antenna, cable-TV, etc...) connected to the TV.In which case, no channels are ,;toted in Favorite Channelmemory, and the TV operates only on the AUX channel.To resolve this condition, connect a signal soua,ce, turn sig-nal source ON, if needed, and use AUTO SEARCH again.NOTE: AUX (Auxiliary) cha_ael is operational only onTVs having separate video and audio inputs for VCR opera-tious.
