Noting the flowdirections as marked on the filter head.4.1 Mounting the filter head*Min. 80mmClearance4.2 Cartridge Installation1. Unpack replacement cartridge, write today’s date whereshown on the label and remove the sanitary cap.2. Avoid touching the filter O-rings and filter opening as this maycause bacterial contamination of the cartridge.3. Moisten the O-rings with water, align the front cartridge labelto the left and push the new cartridge into the filter head.4. Turn the cartridge a quarter turn to the right until the cartridgecomes to a complete stop, with the front label facing forward.5. Disconnect the filter outlet hose from the undersink unit anddirect the hose end into a container ready for flushing.6. Depress Boiling lever on the tap and allow water to run for 30seconds.7. Water will now run through the filter.8. Allow 10L to flow through the filter to ensure all carbonparticles have been flushed.9. Turn the water off at the mains supply once 10L have beenachieved.10. Reconnect the filter outlet hose to the undersink unit.11. Turn the mains supply back on and check for leaks.12. Set the appropriate selection on the Internal Filter Bypassvalve located at the rear of the unit in accordance withSections 5.1 and 5.2.Filter LabelInletOutlet
