Water trapIf the water trap in the condensate outlet dries out, air will blow into the unit. This will prevent thecondensate water from draining away. Instead it will accumulate in the condensate tray. When there isno space left in the condensate tray, it will spill over, possibly causing water damage on the floor.ATTENTIONThe water trap must be checked at regular intervals and filled with water. This is done by fillingthe condensate tray with water and checking that it runs out.Safety valvesThe safety valve for the domestic hot water is prominently connected to the drain by the installer. It isimportant to check regularly that it is not dripping from the valve. If it is dripping, contact a plumber to remedy the matter.14
