Replying to a Message 39Replying to aMessageYou can send a reply to a voice mail message, provided that the NBXsystem has received the necessary caller ID information.If you receive a message that is marked Private, you can reply to theoriginator, but you cannot forward the message to others.To reply to a message after you listen to it:1 Press 4.If the message has been sent to more than one person, press 1 to replyonly to the sender or press 2 to reply to all of the recipients.2 After the tone, record your reply.3 Hang up, or press for more options.4 If you press , press one of these buttons:Press 1 to send your reply.Press 2 to re-record your reply.Press 3 to listen to your reply.Press 9 mark the message Private or Urgent.
