In Internet Explorer, a newwindow opens to capture activity reports and in NetscapeNavigator, the browser creates and saves an HTML filecontaining the information. The information generatied bythe Message Log can be helpful if you need to troubleshootproblems with our technical support staff.Click Refresh to show the messages generated since thelast time the screen was accessed. Click Clear Log todelete all existing messages. Click Start Log Capture toopen a new browser window that monitors generatedmessages in real time. The Message Log will continue toshow generated messages until you click Stop LogCapture.
