When using the front panel, select the appropriate DTEwith either arrow key and press Enter. (See Figure 6-16 and 6-17.)When using the VT 100 terminal select the option number corre-sponding to the appropriate DTE and press Return.Ensure the DTE equipment is set for asynchronous operation before at-tempting to make an asynchronous call.
