When enabled,the TSU 120 sends an SNMP trap whenever a device config-ured to be polled fails to respond. When the device beginsresponding to polls, a poll link-up trap is sent. The format ofthe traps are defined in the agent MIB.Ping IP HostAllows the user to Ping a specific IP address.Telnet/Terminal TimeoutThe TSU 120 terminates a TELNET or Terminal session if noactivity is detected for this length of time. Only one TELNET orTerminal session may be active at one time. This timeout pre-vents an unattended session from blocking interactive access tothe agent. The default value is five minutes.Telnet/Terminal PasswordThis option allows modification of the password required forentry into a TELNET or Terminal session.
