The recipes are fixed and youcannot change them.Activating the function:1. Activate the appliance.2. Select the Assisted Cooking menu.Press OK to confirm.3. Select the category and dish. PressOK to confirm.4. Select Recipe Automatic . Press OKto confirm.When you use the Manual func-tion, the appliance uses the auto-matic settings. You can changethem as with other functions.8.3 Assisted Cooking withWeight AutomaticThis function automatically calculates theroasting time. To use it, it is necessary toinput the food weight.Activating the function:1. Activate the appliance.2. Select Assisted Cooking . Press OKto confirm.3. Select the category and dish. PressOK to confirm.4. Select the Weight Automatic . PressOK to confirm.5. Touch or to set the foodweight. Press OK to confirm.The automatic programme starts. Youcan change the weight at any time. Pressor to change the weight. Whenthe time ends, an acoustic signal sounds.Press a sensor field to deactivate the sig-nal.With some programmes turnover the food after 30 minutes.The display shows a reminder.9. Whenthe meat is at the set temperature, theappliance deactivates.There are two temperatures to set:• The oven temperature• The core temperatureOnly use the core temperaturesensor supplied or the correct re-placement parts.Using the core temperature sensor:1. Put the tip of the core temperaturesensor into the centre of the meat.2. Activate the appliance.3.
