Hints for test institutesParameters possible to be checked by the Test Institutes:• Energy consumption (corrected with final humidity) during the cupboard drycotton cycle with nominal load.• Energy consumption (corrected with final humidity) during the cupboard drycotton cycle with half load.• Final humidity (during Cupboard dry cotton, Iron dry cotton and Cupboard dryEasy care)• Condensation efficiency (corrected with final humidity) during cupboard drycotton cycle with nominal and half load (with valve/filter of the water recircu-lation system in OFF position).All the cycles have to be checked in accordance with IEC 61121 (Tumble dryers forhousehold use – Methods for measuring the performance).InstallationThe appliance must be moved in vertical position for transport.Appliance positioning• It is recommended that, for your convenience, the machine is positioned closeto your washing machine.• The tumble dryer must be installed in a clean place, where dirt does not buildup.• Air must be able to circulate freely all round the appliance. Do not obstruct thefront ventilation grille or the air intake grilles at the back of the machine.• To keep vibration and noise to a minimum when the dryer is in use, it should beplaced on a firm, level surface.• Once in its permanent operating position, check that the dryer is absolutely levelwith the aid of a spirit level. If it is not, raise or lower the feet until it is.• The feet must never be removed. Do not restrict the floor clearance throughdeeppile carpets, strips of wood or similar.
