Solution System194Service Manual – Advance 7765 / Nilfisk CR1500ESP/Recycle Option Wiring DiagramCircuit Description• (Also refer to the Recovery System section.) When the water level in the recovery tank is high enough toactuate (close) the Recovery High Switch and switch on the High Recovery Warning Light, a connectionoff of wire 41 provides positive voltage to terminal 5 on the ESP (Recycling System) On/Off Switch. Whenthe ESP On/Off Switch is closed, the ESP Pump will switch on to pump filtered recovered water from therecovery tank into the solution tank.• When the ESP (Recycling System) On/Off Switch is closed, positivevoltage is provided to the LS-DMP Switch. When the Operatormoves the solution control lever forward off of the “no flow”position, a roll pin on the solution control lever actuates (closes)the LS-DMP Switch which provides positive voltage to the RheostatSwitch. The Rheostat Switch is a two-terminal potentiometer thatcontrols the voltage to the Detergent Pump to regulate the detergentpump speed/detergent flow to the solution line.• When the detergent level in the detergent tank drops low enough to actuate (close) theDetergent Low Switch (liquid level switch), the Detergent Low Switch provides positivevoltage to light the Detergent Low Light.• When solution level in the solution tank rises high enough to actuate (close) the SolutionHigh Switch (liquid level switch) in the solution tank, the Solution High Switch providespositive voltage to light the Solution High Light. From Wire #19 at Connector Q-eFrom Wire #44 at Connector Y-aFrom Wire #41 at Recovery Tank Full Light221 2A9A 2Solution High Light1111 2 1A9A8A1015381 KEK1EKC499B 1 2D D7A 7 2K K1 R1FK1FK256K1CKAAK1K102Detergent Low LightLS-DMPSwitchRheostatSwitchESP On/OffSwitchDetergentLow SwitchSolutionHigh SwitchESP Pump4 4A + -MDetergent Pump+ -MB-B-BBK1KLS-DMPSwitch
