The squeegee blades aretorn or worn.Check and replace the blades as necessary.The squeegee assembly isout of adjustment.Readjust the squeegee. (Refer to the Instructions forUse.)The squeegeedeck will not extenddownward.No voltage to the SqueegeeLock Up (10) solenoid valve.1. Check circuit breaker CB7 and reset if necessary.2. Check the wiring from CB7 to the Squeegee LockUp (10) solenoid valve and repair as necessary.The Squeegee Lock Up(10) solenoid valve in theCylinder Control Valve notopening when energized(stuck closed).1. Check the coil resistance of the Squeegee LockUp (10) solenoid valve. If the coil resistance is not9.8 ohms ±10%, replace the coil.2. If the coil resistance is within spec, check forbinding or a mechanical problem. Repair orreplace the valve as necessary.The squeegee is binding. Check for binding or damage in the squeegee liftmechanism and mounting hardware and correct asnecessary.Squeegee will notretract upward.No voltage to the SqueegeeCylinder Solenoid (7) in theCylinder Control Valve.1. Check circuit breaker CB8 and reset if necessary.2. Check the continuity from CB8 through theSqueegee Blade Switch to the SqueegeeCylinder Solenoid (7). There should be 12 VDCto the Squeegee Cylinder Solenoid (7) with theSqueegee Blade Switch in the squeegee-raiseposition.The Squeegee CylinderSolenoid (7) in the CylinderControl Valve not switchingwhen energized.1. Check the coil resistance of the SqueegeeCylinder Solenoid (7). If the coil resistance is not9.8 ohms ±10%, replace the coil.2. If the coil resistance is within spec, check forbinding or a mechanical problem. Repair orreplace the valve as necessary.The squeegee is binding. Check for binding or damage in the squeegee liftmechanism and mounting hardware and correct asnecessary.Squeegee will notrise when the drivepedal is moved tothe reverse position.No voltage to the SqueegeeCylinder Solenoid (7) in theCylinder Control Valve.• Check the drive pedal reverse sensor function.The drive pedal reverse sensor should provide 12VDC to the reverse relay coil when the drive pedalis moved to the reverse position.• Check the reverse relay function The reverse relayshould switch to position 87 and provide 12 VDCto the Squeegee Cylinder Solenoid (7) when thedrive pedal is moved to the reverse position.
