The ATM Client ApplicationVirtual Channel Link view provides the following information.Admin StatusThis object is implemented only for a VCL that terminates a VCC (i.e., onethat is not cross-connected to other VCLs). Its value specifies the desiredadministrative state of the VCL. The Up state indicates that the traffic flowfor this VCL is enabled. The Down state indicates that the traffic flow for thisVCL is disabled.Oper StatusThis object shows the current operational status of the VCL. The Up andDown states indicate that the VCL is currently operational or not operational, respectively. The Unknown state indicates that the status of this VCL cannotbe determined.Last ChangeThis is the value of the MIB II’s sysUpTime object at the time the VCL enteredits current operational state. If the current state was entered prior to the lastre-initialization of the agent, then this object contains a zero value.RTD (Receive Traffic Description) IndexThe value of this object identifies the row in the ATM Traffic Descriptor Tablethat applies to the receive direction of this VCL.Table 5-6.
