When the compassdisplay shows CAL, drive thevehicle for a short distance in anopen area where it can receive aGPS signal. The compass systemwill automatically determine when aGPS signal is restored and providea heading again. See CompassMessages on page 5‑34 for themessages that may be displayed forthe compass.Clock (Base Radio)Setting the TimeTo set the time:1. Select Settings from the HomePage and select Set Time.2. Turn the MENU knob to increaseor decrease the hour.3. Press the MENU knob to go tothe next option. Press S BACKto go to the last menu and savethe changes.AUTO SETIn the Set Time view, push on thearea just above the chrome bar andbelow the "AUTO SET" screenbutton to turn on/off the Auto Timeadjust capability.Clock (Uplevel Radio)The infotainment system controlsare used to access the time anddate settings through the menusystem. See “Home Page” in theinfotainment manual for informationabout how to use the menu system.Setting the TimeTo set the time:1. From the Home Page, press theSETTINGS screen button andpress Time and Date.2. Press Set Time and press +or − to increase or decreasehours, minutes, and AM or PM.Press 12Hr or 24Hr for 12 or24 hour clock.3. Press } to go back to theprevious menu.To set the date:1.
