143When the shooting mode is set to a shooting mode other than<a>, autoexposure control will take effect to fit the scene currentbrightness. Autoexposure control will be the same for all shootingmodes.1 Set a shooting mode other than<a>.Press the <W> button and turnthe <6/5> dial to select ashooting mode other than <a>.2 Focus the subject.Before shooting a movie, focus withAF or manual focus (p.131-138).When you press the shutter buttonhalfway or press the <p>button, the camera will focus with thecurrent AF mode.3 Shooting the movie.Press the <I> button.X The movie shooting will begin.
