93Shooting - Selecting Particular EffectsAuto Exposure Bracketing (AEB Mode)In this mode, the camera automatically changes the exposure within a set range to takethree shots after you press the shutter button once. You can adjust AEB settings in 1/3EVsteps within the range of -2EV to +2EV of the standard exposure setting. AEB settings canbe combined with exposure compensation settings (p. 85) to extend the adjustmentrange. The images are shot in the following order: Standard exposure,underexposure and overexposure.1 Press the button to turn the LCD monitor on.The AEB mode can be set even if the LCD monitor is off. However, thecompensation range cannot be adjusted.2 Press the button.3 Select * (LCD monitor) or * (DisplayPanel) using the C or D arrow on theomni selector.* The current setting is displayed.The Bracket setting menu appears on the LCDmonitor.4 Select (LCD monitor) or (Display Panel)using the main dial or the B or A arrowon the omni selector and press thebutton.The compensation range cannot be adjusted whenthe LCD monitor is off, even if you press thebutton. Press the button to end theoperation. You can use the AEB operations withthe currently selected compensation range.
