ScanScanning a document placed in the feeder or on the platen glass. Documents can be scanned forcopying, scanned for sending, or scanned to be stored in a box. PrintProducing printed output of data entered in the machine. Output can be printed for copying,printed from data sent from a personal computer, printed from documents received by fax or inter-net fax (referred to as I-fax in this manual) transmission, or printed from data stored in a box. CopyThe process of scanning a document and producing a printed output of that document.WARNINGIndicates a warning concerning operations that may lead to death orinjury to persons if not performed correctly.
