Please clear theerror by following the response(s) listed in the table.NOTE• If after following the responses in the table, errors cannot be cleared, contact your service representative.Error Code Cause Solution#003 Amount of data requires too much time tosend a one-page document.Send with reduced resolution.Too much time is required to receive a one-page document.Ask the recipient to reduce resolution orseparate the page into multiple pages.#005 No response from the recipient. Retry the entire procedure.Recipient may be using a machine otherthan a G3 machine.Ask recipient to make sure receivingmachine is a G3 machine.#012 Receiving machine is out of paper. Ask recipient to add paper.#018 No response after redialing. Unable to sendbecause recipient is busy or no fax tonewas returned.Check recipient status and try the proce-dure again from the beginning.#037 Memory is full. Delete or print documents saved in theMemory RX box.#080 Cannot send because the receivingmachine does not support subaddresses.Contact the recipient.#081 Cannot send because the receivingmachine does not support passwords.Contact the recipient.#102 Recipient’s subaddress or password iswrong.Contact the recipient.#995 Operation has been cleared for reservecommunication.If necessary, retry the entire procedure.
