In this case, switch to using the viewfinder.• When you turn on the camera, the display always appears on the LCD screen inVCR mode.The display may appear in the viewfinder in camera mode, if you were usingthe viewfinder when the camera was turned off.About the LCD Viewfinder/ScreenLiquid Crystal Viewfinders use extremely high-precision technology, but therewill be pixels which do not light up or which are continuously lit. This is not anerror and will not affect the recording.The camcorder has a built-in speaker so you can review the sound track alongsidethe picture during playback.Adjust the speaker volume by choosing VOLUME at the VCR menu, and settingthe volume to HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW.
