After you choose to view one of those images, the camera offersfour more images. This is an enjoyable way to play back images in an unexpectedorder. Try this feature after you have taken many shots, in many kinds of scenes.1 Choose Smart Shuffle.z Press the <m> button, and then choose[ ] in the menu (=27).X Four candidate images are displayed.2 Choose an image.z Press the <o><p><q><r> buttons tochoose the image you want to view next.X Your chosen image is displayed in thecenter, surrounded by the next fourcandidate images.z For full-screen display of the center image,press the <m> button. To restore the originaldisplay, press the <m> button again.z Press the <n> button to restoresingle-image display.• Only still images shot with this camera are played back using Smart Shuffle.• Smart Shuffle is not available in the following cases:- There are less than 50 shots taken with this camera- An unsupported image is currently displayed- Images are shown in filtered display (=69)Still Images MoviesProtecting ImagesProtect important images to prevent accidental erasure by the camera(=74).z Press the <m> button, and then choose[:] in the menu (=27). [Protected]is displayed.z To cancel protection, repeat this processand choose [:] again, and then pressthe <m> button.• Protected images on a memory card will be erased if you format thecard (=109, 110).• Protected images cannot be erased using the camera’s erasure function.
