Owner’s Manual | Model A704-5 Aviation Lighting System22© 2008 Carmanah Technologies CorporationLast revised: April 2008To turn off flash: Press FLASH (the FLASH button LED off) Press ENTER5.6.6 Visible vs. Infrared (IR) ModeThe IR button will turn on/off Infrared Mode in any of the above modes.To turn on lights in IR TEMP Mode: Press TEMP button Press intensity level LOW, MED, or HIGH Press the IR button (turning the IR button LED on) Press ENTEROnly those A704-5 lights with Infrared option will go into Infrared Mode. Model A704-5lights without infrared option will ignore this command and stay in Visible Mode.To turn off Infrared Mode: Press the IR button (turning the IR button LED off) Press ENTER5.6.7 Standby ModeStandby Mode turns off all lights until the next nightfall.To go into standby mode: Press STANDBY Press ENTER5.6.8 Lights Off ModeIf the lights are placed in Lights Off mode they will not automatically turn on at the nextday-night transition.Lights Off Mode turns off all lights until they are turned on again by the wireless controller or the pushbutton on the light.To turn off lights: Press LIGHTS OFF Press ENTERLights in Standby Mode do not accept the Lights Off command; the A704-5 light mustbe on to accept the Lights Off command.5.6.9 Emergency ModeEmergency Mode sets all lights in all groups to emergency flash. After 15 minutes the lights will revertback to their previous autonomous state.To activate Emergency Mode: Press EMERG/ALL Press ENTER (all groups become active) |
