If enabled, the security code will be required to access and change these settings.On Thermostat:1. Touch Menu > Settings > Access control2. If the security code is currently disabled (default setting), touch Enable passcode. Otherwise, enter the existing security code.3. Touch the feature(s) you want to protect:d Alld Settingsd Scheduled Vacation4. Touch Next5. Establish a new 4--digit access code? Yes/No6. Enter code, touch Save7. Then DoneTo remove an existing security code:1. Touch Menu > Settings > Access control2. Enter the existing security code.3. Touch Disable passcode4. Touch Disable and Save5.
