TroubleshootingThis section is intended to help you quickly solve the most common problems that you may encounter with your alarmsystem when using it.All the events can be viewed in the Histories menu.If in doubt, if the problem persists or if it is not in this list, please contact your installer.• Motion detector• Make sure that there is nothinginterfering with the detection field (animal, vent, heating,strong draught, fireplace, etc.),otherwise move the detector.- If you have a pet, check that your detector is equipped withthe "animal specific" lens.- Check that your pet or pets respect the limits of use (referto detector guide), otherwise use a perimeter protectionsystem (door/window magnetic contact) to monitor thiszone. Please consult us if you are in any doubtDoor/window magnetic contact- Make sure that detector andthe magnet part are not too far apart (see detector guide).- If the entry is subject to vibration that is too great:replace the door/window magnetic contact with a motiondetector.If the problem persists, you can disable thefaulty detector using the Activate/deactivate menu.• When you enter the protected premises, the alarm istriggered immediately and you don’t have the time toaccess a keypad to stop the surveillance.• The detector(s) protecting the access to the keypad arenot in the "delayed triggering" position.• Whenever the system detects something or someone(passing in front of a motion detector or opening of aprotected entry), the detector LED starts flashing.The batteries must be changed.• There is a tamper alarm problem on one of the installa-tion's products.- Check the tamper alarms.• The batteries of one of the products are dead• A door or window remained open• A protected entry opened during the system's exittimer (see § 1.3)Check entries then restart the system.
