Function Details SiME281501E31 Function and Control4.1.9 Automatic RestartPurposeThe purpose of the auto-restart function is to automatically resume the same operating mode as when theunit was operating when the power supply is restored after a power failure.Do not use the "Automatic Restart" function to daily start/stop the unit.Precautions when turning OFF power When you have to turn OFF the power supply in order to carry out maintenance, make sure to turn theremote control's ON/OFF switch OFF firstly. If you turn OFF the power supply while the remote control's ON/OFF switch is still ON, the "automaticrestart function" automatically starts the indoor unit fan immediately and the outdoor unit fan startsautomatically 3 minutes after the power supply is restarted. Do not start/stop the unit by disconnecting the power supply. Stop the unit by stop command from theremote controller or optional controller before disconnecting the power supply. Be sure that thecompressor and the outdoor unit fans are stopped before disconnecting the power supply so the"Refrigerant Recovery function" has been finished correctly.
