References244 Heron™ HD3130Flash Off TimeThis feature specifies the OFF time for the indicator LED while in Flash Mode.The selectable range is 100 to 9,900 milliseconds (0.1 to 9.9 seconds), in 100millisecond increments.Follow these instructions to set this feature.1. Determine the desired setting in milliseconds.2. Divide the desired setting by 100 (setting is in 100ms increments). Pad theresult with leading zeroes to yield two digits. For example: 0 = 00, 5 = 05,20 = 20, etc.3. Scan the ENTER/EXIT PROGRAMMING MODE bar code to enter Program-ming Mode.4. Scan the bar code: SELECT FLASH OFF TIME SETTING on page 84.5. Scan the appropriate two digits from the keypad in Appendix D, Keypad, thatrepresent the duration which was determined in the steps above. You willhear a two-beep indication after the last character.NOTEIf you make a mistake before the last character, scan the CANCEL barcode to abort and not save the entry string. You can then start againat the beginning.6. Scan the ENTER/EXIT PROGRAMMING MODE bar code to exit ProgrammingMode.This completes the procedure.
