The oven door should be kept closed.The temperature can be set between 50 °C and 175 °C max.The oven should be preheated for 5 minutes before cooking. The heat is dispersed by forced convection andthe temperature can be varied to between 50 °C and 250 °C via the thermostat knob.The oven does not require preheating.Recommended for:Food which has to be well-cooked outside and soft or rosy inside, for examplelasagne, lamb, roast beef, whole fish etc.GRILLINGThe infrared grill element comes on. The heat is dispersed by radiation.
