The cups were not preheated. Set a high coffee temperature in the menu.The coffee is weak or notcreamy enough.The coffee is ground too coarsely. Turn the grinding adjustment dial one clickanticlockwise towards “1” while the coffee millis in operation (fig. 10).Continue one click at a time until coffeedelivery is satisfactory.The effect is only visible after delivering 2coffees (see the section: “Adjusting the coffeemill” on page 12).The coffee is unsuitable. Use pre-ground coffee for espresso machines.
