Read and follow the safety instructions that came with the product.1 Align the guide on the end of the sideplane board with the pins on the system board, and lower thesideplane until that the sideplane connector is fully seated into the connector on the system board.2 Connect the control panel cable and optical drive cable (if applicable) to the sideplane. Ensure that the object is inserted between the battery and the socket before you attempt to pry out thebattery. Otherwise, you may damage the system board by prying off the socket or by breaking circuit traces on thesystem board.NOTICE: To avoid damage to the battery connector, you must firmly support the connector while installing orremoving a battery.
