Follow the instructions in Before Working Inside Your Computer.2. Turn the computer upside-down and loosen the two captive screws on the Mini-Card cover.3. Disconnect the antenna cables from the Mini-Card, if applicable.4. Turn the computer top-side up.5. Remove the hinge cover (see Removing the Hinge Cover).6. Use the pull-tab to disconnect the display cable from the system board, and then disengage the display cable from the cable channel.CAUTION: Before you begin the following procedure, follow the safety instructions in the Product Information Guide.NOTICE: To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface (suchas the back panel) on the computer.NOTE: You must detach the Mini-Card antennas (see step 3) before you can remove the display assembly. If a Mini-Card is installed, disconnect theantenna cables from the card. If one is not installed, detach the antenna cables from their secured location.
