Charging the Interactive Pen BatteryWhen the Interactive Pen amber battery light starts to blink, its internal battery islow (If the battery is fully discharged, you will not be able to turn the InteractivePen on by pressing its nib, left, right or set function buttons).To charge the battery, connect a mini USB cable between the Interactive Pen andyour computer or laptop (If connecting to computer or laptop, make sure thecomputer or laptop is powered on). The battery light will stay on while the batteryis charging and turn off when the battery is fully charged.MOLEXWhen charging is finished, you can unplug the mini USB cable (or keep the cableconnected and use the Interactive Pen while it's charging).NOTE: For first time use, it takes at least 4-5 hours to fully charge the battery. Afully charged battery will allow 25 hours of non-stop use or up to 4 weeks instandby.CAUTION: The lithium battery is only rechargeable and is not user replaceableor serviceable. If your Interactive Pen cannot charge, contact Dell (See"Contacting Dell" on page 144).CAUTION: Always use the included mini USB cable and your computer (or usethe Docking Charger) to charge the Interactive Pen.
