Press the or buttons to play the file, then press Enter or ►.Playback will begin once buffering reaches “100%”.Connecting to a NetworkYou can play music files stored on a computer or fromInternet radio stations via your network (LAN).Required equipment:• Broadband Internet connection• Modem• Router: We recommend using a router equippedwith a built-in DHCP server and a built-in 100BASE-TX switch. When connecting multiple devices, werecommend a switching hub with a speed of 100Mbps or greater.• Ethernet cable (CAT-5 or greater recommended):Use only a shielded STP or ScTP LAN cable.If you are using an Internet service on whichnetwork settings are made manually or with noDHCP function, adjust the settings directly from theNetwork Setup menu. When adjusting settingsmanually, confirm the settings with your networkadministrator.Do not connect the Ethernet cable from DN-700AVdirectly to the LAN port/Ethernet connector on yourcomputer.1. Connect your Ethernet cable from DN-700AV toyour network.2. Turn on DN-700AV. DN-700AV will connectautomatically on networks with DHCP.When connecting to a network that has no DHCPfunction, manually adjust the settings in the Network Connect menu.Using a Euroblock Connector (see the side graphic):1. Twist the speaker wire to form a tight strand andinsert this into the appropriate port, pushing the wireuntil it is secured inside.2. Attach the Euroblock connector to the input terminalon DN-700AV.3. To disconnect a wire, use a small screwdriver topress in the spring above the insert port whilepulling out the wire.
