6Remote ControlPower: Turns the power on and off for the unit.Mute: Silences the audio output.Zone On/Off: Turns on/off the video/audio output for the selected zone.Zone Select: Switch which input source will be mapped to the selected zone.Display: Press to view the input source settings on your TV or monitor.Stereo/Direct: In Stereo mode, sound is output from the front left and right speakers and subwoofer. Ifmultichannel signals are input, they are mixed down to 2-channel stereo audio. In Direct mode, the audio isplayed back how it was recorded.Menu: Access the settings for adjusting video settings, audio settings, input sources, system settings, and theSetup Wizard.Speaker Setup: Adjust the parameters for surround sound speaker outputs. When playing back audio sources encoded in DTS, accuratesound field position and realistic sound is heard similar to being in a movie theater. When Dolby is selected, thismulti-channel digital signal format uses 5.1 channels: 3 front channels (“FL”, “FR” and “C”), 2 surround channels(“SL” and “SR”) and the “LFE” channel for low frequencies. Because of this, there is no crosstalk betweenchannels and a realistic sound field with a “three-dimensional” feeling (sense of distance, movement andpositioning) is achieved.Audio In: Select an audio input to map to a source. Select from HDMI, Analog, Coax (coaxial), and Opt(optical).Station +/-: Press these buttons to cycle through one of 20 radio station memory locations.Tone: Adjusts the treble and bass qualities for the sound source.Channel Select: Press this button to cycle through each of the surround sound channels to adjust the output level.Volume +/-: Adjust the master volume for the input source.|<<: Skip to the previous USB track, Bluetooth track, or multimedia track.>>|: Skip to the next USB track, Bluetooth track, or multimedia track.Play/Pause: Play/pause the USB track, Bluetooth track, or multimedia track.Stop: Stop the current USB track, Bluetooth track, or multimedia track.Stereo: Press to select to have a stereo signal outputted alone or to have a stereo signal with the subwoofer output.Stereo/Mono: Press this button to alternate between Stereo mode and Mono mode.Sub On/Off: Turn the subwoofer audio output on/off.LFE Trim: This Low Frequency Effect emphasizes low frequency sound, outputting 20 Hz to 120 Hz bass.Tuning -/+: Selects the FM radio station.Memory: When playing back files from a network/media server or listening to the radio, press MEM to register the file/radio station as afavorite.PTY (Program Type) Search: Press this button to search for a certain style of radio programming.Note: This only applies to FM mode.Note: RDS is a method for the transmission of additional information via VHF stations. For example, the name of the station broadcasting, thename of the program, or the type of program will be shown on the multifunction display.
