When the power is turned back on,the settings made when the power was switched to standby arerecalled.About the memory functions¢ Backup memoryThe various settings are stored in the memory for about 1 week, evenwhen the power is turned off or the power cord is unplugged.Initialization of the microprocessorIf the indication on the display is not normal or if the operation of theunit is not correct, then the microprocessor should be reset by thefollowing procedure.Switch off the unit using .1Check that the entire display is flashing at 1-secondintervals and release the buttons.• The microprocessor will be initialized.3Keep both (A and B) depressed and turnon the unit by pressing .2• If step 3 does not work, start over from step 1.• If the microprocessor has been reset, all the button settings arereset to the default values (the values set upon shipment from thefactory).Recording (audio and/or video)Press SELECT> until “RECOUT”appears on the display.Use FUNCTION to select the source to be recorded(audio and/or video).• The “ ” indicator lights.12• To cancel, press and set the function to “ZONE”.RECOUTM-ZONERecord (the audio or video signals).For operations, see the operating instructions of the device fromwhich you are recording (audio or video signals).3NOTE:• When the REC OUT mode is selected, [ZONE2 (ZONE3) ON] andFUNCTION (ZONE) cannot be operated.
