We recommendusing outdoor antennas and 75 Ω/ohmscoaxial cables.DVD Surround receiverNote:For heat dispersal, do not install thisequipment in a confined space such as abook case or similar unit.WallNoteSpeaker system and subwooferThe quality of the sound produced from thespeaker system is affected by the size and typeof the room, as well as by the method ofinstallation. Consider the points listed belowbefore installing the speaker system.• Note that placing the speaker system on thesame stand or shelf as a record player mayresult in howling.• If there is a wall, glass door, etc., directly infront of or behind the speaker system, coverthe wall or door with a thick curtain to preventresonance and reflection.• The speaker systems are of the low-leakage-flux type and can be used near televisions, butdepending on the TV there may be colorblotching on the picture. If this happens, turn offthe TV’s power, move the TV and speakersystem a little apart, wait 15 to 30 minutes,then turn the TV’s power back on. The TV’sautomatic degaussing circuit should reduce theblotching on the picture.
