Press the ON/OFF button to turn theburner on and off.OPERATING OPTIONALBLOWER ACCESSORYLocate the blower controls by opening the lowerlouver panel on the fireplace. Blower controlsare located on the left side of the switch bracketto the right just inside the louver panel.The BK manual blower and the BKT thermo-statically-controlled blower have an ON settingand an OFF setting. The blower will only runwhen the switch is in the ON position. In theOFF position, the blower will not operate.Note for BKT Only: If you are using BKTblower with optional thermostat (wall mountedor remote control) for the fireplace, your fire-place and blower will not turn on and off at thesame time. The fireplace may run for severalminutes before the blower turns on. After theheater modulates to the pilot position, the blow-er will continue to run. The blower will shut offafter the firebox temperature decreases.The blower helps distribute heated air fromthe fireplace. Periodically check the louvers ofthe firebox and remove any dust, dirt or otherobstructions that will hinder the flow of air.
