Follow thegas supplier’s instructions.• If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.IMPORTANT: Operating fireplace where impurities in air exist may create odors. Cleaningsupplies, paint, paint remover, cigarette smoke, cements and glues, new carpet or textiles,etc., create fumes. These fumes may mix with combustion air and create odors. These odorswill disappear over time.POSSIBLE CAUSE1. Battery is not install. Battery power islow1. Metal expanding while heating or con-tracting while cooling1. Fireplace burning vapors from paint,hair spray, glues, cleaners, chemicals,new carpet, etc. (SeeIMPORTANTstatement above)2. Low fuel supply (propane/LP only)3. Gas leak.
