Work in a clean area. Beforedisconnecting the hydraulic motor thoroughly cleanthe exterior. Remove motor from application anddrain the oil from the motor before disassembly.8.0.2 Remove the 9 cap screws and disassemble themotor in the vertical position as shown in Figure 8Aand 8B.8.0.3 Remove shuttle valve (and relief valve if applicable)from Valve Housing.8.0.4 Check all mating surfaces. To reduce the chance ofleakage, replace any parts that have scratches orburrs. Wash all metal parts in clean solvent. Blowthem dry with pressurized air.
